  • Member and Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, UK
  • Holds a Diploma in Child Health from the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Bombay
  • Bachelor's of Medicine from Gulbarga University, Karnataka, India

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Has more than 14 years of experience as an experienced pediatrician and neonatologist, capable of diagnosing and treating babies and children in both emergency and non-emergency situations
  • Completed his Pediatrics and Neonatology residency training from India and later worked in a tertiary level hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he was then honored as the best pediatric resident
  • worked as a pediatrician specializing in a reputed pediatric hospital including intensive care and neonatal care before joining the University Hospital of Sharjah in 2011
  • Actively involved as a member of the Continuing Medical Education Committee wherein he organizes lectures and trainings for various local and regional conferences and workshops
  • Academically holds the position of Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at College of Medicine in University of Sharjah
  • Published and presented his work in various national and international forums. 
  • Accredited and certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Coach of the Newborn Life Support courses and the European Approach to Child Life Support in Resuscitation Council, UK
